Hotel is quite new anf therefore rooms and facilities were very good, breakfast selection was excellent, quality of food was very good. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Not the cheapest, especially given the Euro / Sterling fx rate.

The hotel is very modern and attractive. The staff is extremely helpful and considerate. The restaurant and hotel is the best that we experienced in our two weeks in eastern France and western Germany. The staff surprised my husband with a beautiful birthday dessert and printed birthday wishes. This stay was the highlight of our trip.

Just a suggestion. Because the hotel is in a relatively remote little town, we needed more detailed directions to get there. Once we got to Langweiler, the hotel had plenty of signs directing us to the hotel.

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway in a unique location, this hotel is perfect. Located in an old monastery, you can feel the history in the renovated chapel. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds, and the service is professional and hospitable. You'll wake up to a delicious breakfast, and there's a variety of options to choose from. Guests will enjoy the beautiful view from the room and the relaxing spa.

The restaurant could benefit from more attention, as the food options were limited and the service could be improved.

A bit pricey for a Geman hotel

Wonderful spa and warm staff! The spa was really nice, well-equipped, and had excellent massages. Staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The location is great too, close to many restaurants and tourist attractions.

No air conditioning in the rooms, so we felt quite hot during our stay. Also, the room was a bit small and the decor was outdated. It didn't quite meet our expectations, but the spa and friendly staff more than made up for it.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with the opportunity to open the window and enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding nature. The old chapel and the river nearby added to the charm of this place. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry services available. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, and the staff, including the friendly receptionist, made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The terrace with garden furniture was a lovely spot to relax and unwind.

Best aspects – We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities were top-notch with a serene spa area, crystal clear pool, and well-maintained hiking trails nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable. We loved opening the windows to enjoy the silence of the area.

Worst aspects – Nothing it was perfect.

Had a nice xmas break in a remote hotel close to the Mosel river. Although it was far from any tourist spots, we appreciated the quietness of the location. the hotel had a beautiful spa and wellness area, complete with saunas and a nice pool which we enjoyed. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and we were thrilled to see that they had different types of bread and pastries.

the single rooms were quite basic and could use some improvement.
